1. Kid/family friendly
2. No costumes with weapons real/fake
3. Be Original
4. You must wear a costume to be considered for the contest
5. Must be Disney related
6. Masks may only be worn during judging (Off during regular rounds)
7. No over-sized trains or capes
8. No guts, blood, or gore
